bushings Cat 2 to Cat1

How wide is the space for the bushing? You can buy different width bushings.

As was mentioned, stack washers or cut down a bushing. My preference would be to stack washers or make a bigger diameter bushing so the side to side movement is minimized.

I had s similar problem with my snowblower. Blower was setup diameter wise for Cat1 and Cat2 but the blower Cat2 was too wide for the 3 point arms so I made new pins that were Cat2 all the way. Then made a bushing to control side to side movement.

I had hoped to post pictures but i dont see how on my phone.

I'm on a computer now so I can post the pictures of the pins I made. Maybe it will give you some ideas of what to do.

My solution to misfit problems were to get "quick hitch" and a one time, grind, cut , drill, weld on each implement to fit QH and move on.... Got better things to do with my time to constantly fight problem items....
