Hey Froggy,

Great idea if I wanted to pursue it.

For example, I was getting tired of all the viagra spam, so I put an email block on the name "viagra". When it wasn't working, I read closer and saw that these jerks were spelling it "v1agra" and all sorts of variations. Too much hassle to block every combination.

Let's see: Koobota, Kewebota, Kabota.......... almost endless, but why push them.

(Kubota lawyers note: I will take the website down, really! And you should go after that renegade Henro. He's as guilty as I am!)

I think a trademark holder's worry is that if you don't enforce your trademark with non threatening encroachers, then you may not be able to enforce it with serious encroachers. Seems like that was the case with an out of the way hamburger stand around here someplace. The owner named it "Cheeseburgers in Paradise". He got a call from Jimmy Buffet's staff.

Just change it to CaptainBota. If you were not doing anything related to their brand you'd be ok, say a Kubota Dinner, but you are so they have you by the balls. Been down this road before. You can also be CaptainOrange too.

Seems they should at least offer to pay for a new url registration and such.
