( Just for the record, LMTC does NOT sell Shibaura tractors. That is for those who may be reading and not familiar with him or his dealership. )

This is correct he does not sell Shibaura's but he and his company has tried to help me in every way. No way how to describe how good that is about a dealer. One that would try to help someone that he did not sell anything. I only wish I lived in Ohio so I could deal with him. I believe that this person would take care of a valued customer. He tried to help me and I am not even his customer. I appreciate that! Many have helped here with ideals and directions for me to pursue this. I did not by any means mean to upset anyone here... just let them know that this company that did me wrong has other locations as well.

( And IMHO, it takes a lot of research to buy a grey and find a reputable dealer. )

Unfortunately I am finding this out the Hard Way ! I was very wrong in not doing the research I should. I didn't realize that they were so much to know about Grey Market. Actually I didn't know there was a grey market until I came to this forum. I am Human and I make mistakes. This time I made a major mistake in purchasing a Grey from a Not So Good Dealer and I am paying for it. I apologize for the Whinning, Gripping and such. I did not mean to come over this way. I just wanted to help someone like you have helped me here. I did not mean any harm to anyone here. I am at my ropes end on how to deal with this and I have done most everything you all have suggested here. I guess I was trying to repay everyone by helping them know they had other locations. Bad Choice I guess. I am much better at growing food. Maybe to repay I should stick with helping others and sharing the food I grow.

Re: BUYER\'s BEWARE of WARRANTY\'s

Heck Jim,
I almost bought a early model Shenniu. Until I looked at it and saw a drip pan under it to catch all the leaking oil from the castings. Things have sure changed in the last 6 years with the Chinese tractors though.

( You are right. I did not realize he bought an older unit as well! He still has a civil action for Breech if the warranty is strong enough. )

Where would I find out if it was strong enough? Breech of Warranty? I guess this means another attorney fee?

Re: BUYER\'s BEWARE of WARRANTY\'s

Unfortunately I have had to contact an attorney. They will not let me have my tractor back as I have requested so I could make my own repairs. I have scheduled a meeting with an attorney. You would not believe what the one that sold me the tractor is trying to do now. They are trying to say the didn't sell me the tractor. Fortunately I have proof in several differnet ways. I will never pay cash for anything again. I will get a cahiers check. However... this will unfortunately end up in court and my tractor in limbo until it does. The attorney will tell me more Friday and I will let you know what they say.

Re: BUYER\'s BEWARE of WARRANTY\'s

Special Thanks to Heather and Gary giving up a vacation day... the "Truck Patch Garden" will be tilled with a tiller. See My Post Page 19 of my Project on Monday evening to see pictures of the tillage being done by these wonderful people that have donated their time, money and equipment to help with my project.

On another note, it a Crying Shame that I had to resort to a legal battle against the dealer and distributor. I am not a sueing type person. I tried very hard to get these people to even meet me halfway and fix the tractor. After this.... it is in my attorney's hands and God's hands. Please keep your prayers and support up and I will continue to do my part.

I told the attorney that I would rather have my money back because of the way I was treated. I understand that the first move will be a letter to them from the attorney... which I doubt will do any good. Then the court comes at MUCH MORE Expense to me. It's the principal of the thing in my opinion. I would much rather invest money in a tractor than an attorney but if I don't stand up to these people they will continue to do other people this way as well. I told my attorney to turn all of it loose on them. I am feed up with all the expense and aggravation of their CRAP!! I have NO TIME for nonsense from these dealers!! I need to continue to do my project of Helping Feed People in NEED!!

Again, I would much rather have my money back from them and move on to a "Good Dealer". I guess time will tell. The "Wheels of Justice" move slowly.

Re: BUYER\'s BEWARE of WARRANTY\'s

WOW!!!! I just got a copy of the letter that my attorney sent to the dealer, distributor and the main headquartes of the company and dealer that has done me this way. I only went to him Friday - Sept. 2, 2005. This morning (Sat. - Sept. 3, 2005) I receive a copy of this letter. Seems I have made a really good choice in an attorney. I hope I make as good of decision on my next tractor.

I would post a copy of the said letter but that would probably not be a good ideal because of the ongoing litigation and also maybe the admin here would not allow it as well. But let me tell you... My attorney means business, for $600.00 I would think he should but WOW!! he really means business. If any have problems like I have had, I would suggest you consult an attorney. They are laws that protect consumers like me and all of us from dealers like I have had to deal with. Thank God for that. I Thank God and all of you for your continued prayers in this matter. The Truth Shall Set You FREE!!

Again I ask for your continued prayers in this matter.

May God Bless You and Yours!!

[quoteI would post a copy of the said letter, but that would probably not be a good idea . . . )

You're right. That would be a very bad idea indeed. In fact, I would stop discussing this at all until it's over. You don't want to mess with the legal process.

"I tried to offer assistance and other options by email initially, and you chose to continue to whine the poor pitiful me tune rather than focus on a possible solution."

LMTC, what assistance/possible solution did you offer?
