Bird you contibute greatly to this forum and I have enjoyed reading your posts and I know you are happy with your b2710. Thanks for the advise yesterday and today. I'm leaving now for the tax man then to Gold Country Kubota. If I can get two hats I'll send you one. Ed

Well I got the hat, says kubota but its not orange! My dealer is out of orange! He said local deer hunters made a run on him and his new shipment arrives in a month. Have any of you guys seen Kubota written on blue or green hats? I may have collector items here! I got the b2910, 401 ldr with folding rops, bushhog RZ60 mower, woods RD 6000W finish mower, 50 inch kobota tiller with clutch, Kubota 60 inch box scraper, and mid buster with 2" and 12" tips. Should have enough toys (oops) I mean tools, to get my place in tip top condition. I have to wait until Friday but I need to clean out the barn so its ok. I will have next weekend to play as long as I want because the wife is gonna go visit her mom for a week. Anyone ever spend 48 straight hours on a kubota? Ed

Hey Ed, congratulations on your purchase! Maybe you better go back and see if you can get a Kubota thermos and bracket for the fender for those marathon operating missions. You might want to look into hiring a pit crew too, those service intervals will be coming up fast and well that might give you a chance to get a little shut eye before the next mission. I don't think you will be able to get 48 hours in the seat in one weekend. Just leaning how to put on and trying out all the attachments that are coming with your tractor will take 48 hours. /w3tcompact/icons/laugh.gif
Since you won't be getting your tractor until next week. You may want something to do during the sleepless night that going to happen. You may want to do a search on 2910. I tried a search on 2910 and ended up with over 20 pages and that only took me to September before I gave up. /w3tcompact/icons/eyes.gif.

The cap I got in '95 (and still have) is light green with just the word "Kubota" in orange letters.

Ed, I pick my new B2710 up Mopnday afternoon. I, too, got a 60 inch box scraper. I am a bit concerned that it may be too big for my horsepower and tractor weight. Let me know how yours works out, will you. I wonder how I could get my wife to leave town for a week so I could play. She'd have to take the kids with her. Any tips on how you got yours to leave for the week and give you some tractor time?
