Pictures?..... Actually, completely redone..... it looks like new!
I have pics..., but am absolutely incompetent when it comes to loading computer picture chit.
It has an ...attempt ....at aux hydraulics, that a guy did for me in Canada.
Aux. does not work the way it should.
I have to activate loader hyd. and aux simultaneously, to get aux. action.
Not plumbed properly, but I don't know how to remedy it.

My L48TLB has 3rd function, with diverter, and 3 rear remotes, but I never plan to use the 3pt. on that, or take the hoe off.
The little 1920 is just the right size for my 3pt. implements.

Sounds like you have a button or switch on your "aux" you hold while operating loader. That's how diverters usually work vs a true power beyond set-up. The diverter is directing flow from your loader to the grapple. Diverter set up can only operate one function at a time. A suggestion... Does your "aux" button have a hold position ? Could be the button is reversed in operation. Another thought is ...Could be a simple matter of changing the switch or button from a momentary to a latching or hard switch. You will have to switch it off to use the loader normally. OR A foot switch to activate the aux, while you operate the loader by hand..

Can you not have a cival discussion with your local dealership about the price discrepency?

I tried that. All I got was the old, "well, you can get on the internet and find lots of things cheaper". So I did just that.
No counter offers, no anything else of value spoken by them. I would have spent a little more, within reason for local. They lost a potential sale, I got a tractor with a little more HP for a lot less money.
If they're moving that many units during this pandemic, good for them. I don't necessarily think that's the case. They forced my hand to move further afield for a deal.

Many brick and mortor businesses have been terribly affected by the Internet. Myself included. I quote stuff for a customer and he tells me what he can get it for on AMAZON. But we have frank discussions. If I can't make money on stuff, then my hourly rate will double with a four hour minimum. Got to stay above water somehow. A lot could be achieved with frank honest discussions.

Owning a business is not an easy road like some people believe. Many people in business should have never went in to business as proven by many businesses failing and some succeeding. Most or many of the businesses on Amazon are small businesses that advertise their products for sale and at a specific price same with many Ebay sellers.
Barlows is a local small town business but started selling his products at reduced below MSRP prices and then started offering out of state shipping when out of state buyers contacted him and went on from there. He's a small town "Boy" with a small town business and has a retired Army Vet doing his deliveries. Imagination and risk taking are some of the factors of success and also failure.
I've worked for others and I've owned a couple of businesses of my own. I don't like self employment even though I was successful and made money but the headaches and pressures and often times hours required wasn't worth it sometimes. My employees/staff could waste products/supplies and not worry about the bottom line, just their Friday paycheck. I preferred the guaranteed paycheck but kept falling into self employment when opportunities arose.
All Kubota dealers pay the same price for the same product so Kubota sales are fairly easy to compare product costs and therefore making dealers come up with innovative business plans if their customer base researches before making large expenditures, like I do.
A big consideration for self employment is when retirement comes the owner that has worked and planned well can have that big bundle at the end to supplement retirement income which I speak of with knowledge and experience along with my employee retirement checks.
Self employment is not for everyone and most new businesses fail for lots of reasons.

Recently bought my third Kubota. First from dealership within 10 miles of me. First Kubota priced him and he was about 10% higher than I paid. On my last one their price was about 5% higher than the other dealer who was only about 30 miles further. Did not show the second dealership quote to the first one but told them they were a good bit lower. Enough to buy there. The owner's son was obvious upset as he took my quote and went through it line by line and trimmed enough to make the longer drive not make long term sense. In my case glad I bought local, I have been in there several times due to small issues with my tractor that are Kubota little nagging things and the dealership has been a champ. The nagging Kubota issues were the terrible factor seat and the 3rd arm retainer broke off due to had tight the factory had it. Just went in for the 50 hour service last week and dealership really seems happy to see me.

A word of caution on the buying out of state to avoid sales tax, check to see if you are still legally responsible to pay them to your state. In some states you are and if they pickup on the purchase you will pay it.

Have a discussion with the local dealer and come to a price that works for both parties.
I buy local and there have been several times when it paid off.
My recent purchase involved a 20min visit to the dealership, some casual negotiation via phone & no deposit. The tractor was delivered to my farm, exactly as requested, on time. This tractor had several things done to it before delivery (3rd function, modified grill guard, loaded tires...)
Should be headed back for (negotiated) 50hr in a week or so.
Probably the same dealer you shopped.

Not always an option. The last two locals I talked to were very different. The Mahindra guy started right out knocking $2k off the MSRP. The Kubota guy was sticker price period plus larger paperwork fees and Kubota insurance premiums than the non local Kubota place that I ended up buying from.
I agree that it's better to deal locally if you can. But they aren't always the best at looking out for my financial interests. When they can't or won't deal I move on. I haven't bought a vehicle locally in many years for this reason. We have a nearby military installation with thousands of young soldiers who don't negotiate. They pay the asking price so dealers don't really feel the need to negotiate with locals. No problem. Dealers miles down the interstate will deal.

In this case, it probably is an option.
Pretty sure I have met the OP. Likely pricing at the local dealer where my tractors came from.

Maybe not a typical story, but I have purchased three Kubotas, two from CL and one (used) from a large Southern Penn. dealer with a good reputation. The out of state tractor purchase was painless, a non-negotiated price (well, they threw in a steering knob) for the tractor, a new snow plow, and the hydraulics to swing the plow. Delivery was a bargain, and as in all three tractors, I have had zero issues with the machines or need to have a dealer do any service. Other that buying filters and fluids online from whichever Kubota dealer has the best price, I am dealer-free. Of course, people that depend on their tractors and use them harder and longer than I do, or have newer, complex machines may well have a different experience. There should be a middle ground where the buyer and the seller both have an acceptable experience. A dealer who won't budge on list price doesn't get my business, as a rule, unless there are other compelling reasons. The opinions on getting service from a local dealer, if needed, are probably right on. A county parks guy I know was using a crappy mower to cut a large area, and I knew he had a newish Deere commercial mower that was vastly better, so I asked him why not use it? Seems it was at the dealer, awaiting repair, and they had left it for last since the county was very slow to pay its bills. He could do nothing but wait. Dealers find ways to reward their friends and punish those they don't appreciate.
