I bought my BX2360 (Thank you Mr. Barlow) back in November. Being a pilot, I figure manuals are written for a reason, and I have adhered to the text stating not to run at full throttle for 50 hours. I have 25 on mine, and, tend to use 2200 for light work and 2700-3000 for FEL work. I have varied the speed on the engine, even if just by 50 RPMS's, constantly.
I doubt, for most of the SCUT owners, if engine wear will ever be an issue even if you don't follow the recommendation. My understanding of the engines in these things is that they go a long long time.
I love the thing don't see how I ever did without it.
