BX ROPS Engine/Transmission Noise?

So the BX2380 ROPS makes a LOT of noise, engine/transmission noise travels into the ROPS hollow tube, my B2920 did not do this. I read a few posts about this, guys filling with foam or sand. Is this the case on all BX machines or just some?

My BX23s ROPS did the same thing. So I just got a can of spray foam an filled the bottom half an that cut the noise way down.

I did mine about 4 years ago when I got it...Helped quite a bit...JB.

Filling the ROPS with foam is my next project, followed by cussing because I need to snake wires through the now foam filled ROPS for the project after that.

Run some wire loom, pex or other flexible tubing down the ROPS before doing the foam.

That's a good idea TMGT. Kubota lists LED lights as an available accessory for my tractor for about $200 but I was unable to find a picture or any description I'm checking into this before filling with foam.
