BX Steering

I have started to notice a lack of responsiveness in steering my BX 2200. FYI I now have 175 hours on it. It seems to wander a bit when mowing. Just noticed it the last two times I cut grass. If I attempt to make just a small correction, the steering does not respond. I took it out on the street, flat and smooth, and it does the same thing, slow or no response until I move the steering wheel about 1/2 turn. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions?

Neighbor of ours had the steering go wacco on his BX.Got to the point he would turn the wheel a full turn and nothing would happen.Dealer has it, and was going to replace the whole steering assembly.I've not talked with Steve for a while,to get the scoop,not sure of the outcome yet.Sounds like there could be a fly in the ointment.

Thanks, please let me know if you find out anymore. I have a good dealer who is only five miles from me, but he has only had Kubota about a year and says he has not heard of the problem with steering. He still charges a pick up and delivery fee for warranty work. He says Kubota doesn't pay him for that. Not sure if that is true, but I try to avoid the fee and fix things myself if I can.

Dealer is right about transportation,warranty states that the owner is responsible for the hauling of any equipment to the dealership for any repair made under Factory Warranty.Kinda sucks when you don't own a trailer.I'll try to get in touch with Steve to see what the outcome has been with his repairs.
