I think I fixed my creeping issue today. Got my service manual out and reset the neutral location, and added some preload to the return spring. These two changes seemed to make quite a difference. The pedal still sticks somewhat though. I had hoped to disassemble and clean the pivot but could not find a way to remove the pivot frome the tractor.

My BX24 does the same thing, but as mentioned above, it seems to do so less as it gets hot. At the advice of the dealer, I hit the whole mechanism with WD40 to wash it out a bit and that helped, but it still does it, until the hydro fluid gets nice and warm then it quits. So also like others, I just tap the back button and set the brake.

My 2230 has this nasty habit and it's cost me. I expect the tractor to STOP when I release the pedal. Instead, it slows down but keeps going. Buggered up the front cowling when it ran into a trailer while mowing. The grease fitting seems to be next to impossible to get to. This spring everything get's torn apart on that linkage, cleaned and reset. Hope it works.
