the oil looks to be going into the 30 weight (based on the saybolt #'s and not the normal vis table.)
Based on the lack of support from the dealer I would do this. Now this is me , run a small interval and then re-test. While you are trying to gain the hours, to do another test, I would call Kubota and let them know. But I would do another test to see if you have a fuel issue again.
But based on the numbers on your test I would say it might not happen on the next test or the fuel just started getting in the oil. If it was a long time with fuel in the oil, the wear would have been a lot higher, along with lower TBN etc etc.
To close, since doing oil testing the highest I have ever seen is 1.1% on my bike due to poor (cold) spark plugs.
Again this is me. I start my bike a lot. I have to since the heat is a killer on it.
**Ps, I start mine (BX22) more times then you I think since it only takes me 22 minutes to mow my grass...and that is in low gear!
