Junkman: I tried the red quick coupler after relaxing all motions and it was very easy comming apart and back together. It sounds like one of them must not have been seated good and was blocking the flow. I've also had some difficulty making connections due to temperature differences and expanded fluid.(not yet with the BX) If you can't get them together, you can relieve the pressure in the line by smacking the male end on something to depress the check and release some oil. Just becareful doing this because the oil will have some pressure behind it!
Thanks for trying the dump for me. If it was only the quick dump that put air into the system, I'd just defeat it again, but doing that didn't help because it does it in the regular dump also. Now that the quick couplers have been hashed out, could we get back to my problem in the first post? Could I get some of you other guys to try this for me? I would greatly appreciate it. I'd like to get some other results to show the dealer that this isn't "normal".
