BX22 Workout

I am intrigued by the concrete. I am thinking about taking my B7510 and ripping out some 35 year old 4" thick by 4' wide sidewalks. I just wonder if it has enough "oomph" to pop them out. I think the bucket size will be the limiting factor... can't really get a 4'X4'X4" slab inside the bucket, let alone transport it very far. And besides, that's about 800# a piece. How did you do it? I just picture the slabs wracking and bending the !@#$% out of the bucket.

Most of the concrete pieces I could lift with the BH and bucket. The larger ones I lifted out of the hole with the BH and attached a chain to them and dragged them to the pile. The larger pieces were approx. 2' x 10" x 5', I don't know the actual weight my FEL would just barely lift them enough to allow me to drag them very slowly using a chain attached to the bucket. It just amazes me at what such a small size tractor can do if you are not rushed and work carefully.

Thanks for your interest and I hope your project goes well.
