Its tricky since one end is keyed with a pin and the other, with the sliding spline, isnt. Real easy to get confused and get it 90 degrees off -- worst case. U joints rely on correct phasing so the non constant velocity of the shaft cancels out.I think Spyderlk is right. I tried to line it up, but think I missed a notch or two. I cant find any markers to indicate how to line it up, and using my eyes to line it up didnt work to well, i still had some vibration.
