The BX doesn't have a accessory position in the ignition switch, but what I would do is to tap into the wire that feeds the headlamp circuit with a relay and have the relay sending power to the switch that controls the activator. This way, when the tractor is running the blower chute can be adjusted, but when you shut the tractor down, there is no chance that the chute adjuster can drain the electrical system if it somehow jammed. This is a safety precaution in my opinion. I wouldn't hard wire it to any circuit that is live without the switch being in the run position. One of the problems with all of the instructions that come with these devices is that they are written for the "generic" tractor, not the specific model that you are installing it on. Let us know how it works when the install is done, and take pictures of the install to show us how it goes together. Don't know where in MA you live, but if not too far from Southbridge, I would be glad to come by and give you a hand. You do have a garage to work in don't you?????? /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif I am serious about the offer... send me a PM if you want/need help.... Junk...
