bx2230 mmm will not lower

Just bought a used 2005 kubota bx2230, the man said he put a wrench on the hydraulic deck speed control, I have repaired what he tore up. However, the deck want travel down to mowing height, I adjusted the height positioning control to no avail. Does anyone have an idea what else could be wrong?

how about the 3 point arms if they are stuck in the up position the deck will not come down. or you sid you repaired the hight control knob. did you miss something? hope it is a easy fix thanks al

3pth works fine up and down, I'm thinking it may be stuck in the top position with the cutting height control which you use to lock the deck up to use the 3pth implements. I removed the deck today to see if there posibly was a way to mechanically pin the deck up. 42wacko
