I had my BX23 for 2 year and at 220 hours the transmission went totally out. Literally months waiting on parts. Finally got tired of waiting and traded it for a B3030. The BX23 did some unbelievable work but obviously I pushed it too hard. The 3030 is a real machine!
When I was first looking at the subcompacts with the hydro, I did not like the BX treddle pedal. But after logging 225 hours on a CNH sub with the side-by-side pedals, and another 100 hours on a BX22 with the treddle pedal, I decided I liked the treddle pedal much better. It leads to less leg and foot fatigue over the course of a long day on the tractor.
I'm glad the compacts I'm looking at have a similar pedal.
