Has anyone ever heard a clicking sound whenever they push their BX to the limit? If i'm pushing forward or backward to the point where it won't go any farther. It has 287 hours and i've noticed it for awhile. Could it be reaching some sort of relief valve or something?

I've never heard of a problem like this but it would be interesting to know if the wheels might be spinning?

No art it only does it if the wheels can't spin. If they lose traction and spin no clicks.

330 hours on bx23 all kinds of noises but a actual clicking noise i duno
it would help if you would take into consider the speed of the clicks
is it ground speed, engine speed, tire speed, is it when you are using the fel or bh. those speeds are called orders you also have driveshaft speed for pto
each componant has its own order, figure out which order it is and check opeartion of that unit.

It almost sounds like the differential lock is halfway in. The farther I press the hydro pedal the faster it clicks?

Oh, THAT "click". Possibly. If that's THE click, it's a pretty HARD click. Maybe should only do it when you turn(?)
If so, get your foot under the pedal and go fwd/bkwd till the pedal comes all the way back up. The diff lock doesn't like to go in or out of engagement on mine ... it needs help. Dunno if that's the deal but, sure have had that situation ...

I've thought it had something to do with the differential lock? It seems to have started or maybe I just noticed it after a very loud bang when the differential pedal released some time ago. Those pedals are really pretty flimsy!

Oh yeh, that's right. I forgot about the flimsey diff lock thing. There's a ~1/8" piece of flat stock that links the pedal to the lever that actually does the diff lock. I replaced the ~1/8" bar with 1/4" and reported on it some time ago here on TBN. I guess it worked out pretty good cuz I have NO prob in that regard anymore and completely forgot about it. If you need more info, let me know, I'll reply tomorrow. Gotta hit the hay now.
