BX2350 CCM Top Link

Well - i got my replacement kit and started the install last night. After I got into it, I found the kit was missing the two O-rings and the labels and the supplied bolt is still the 12mm instead of the 8mm...

By the time I discovered the missing O-rings, it was too late to try to pick them up at a store.

I got most everything else put together, hopefully I can finish up tonight. The install is pretty straight forward, although actionaj's time of 40 minutes is quite impressive.

Please can anybody tell me about the capicity of the outlet valve's??

I mean how many liters/minut oil true the vlave's max!

Thank you

Finally got the kit installed. No leaks!! :D

However, the CCM toplink I received is too short, the 3pt cannot fully raise because the cylinder jams against the frame before it is all the way up.

I measured mine and when it is fully closed it is 13" center of pin hole to center.

Also, it leaks very badly. Hopefully CCM can send me a replacement that is the proper length and that does not leak. I will contact them in the a.m.

Even with those limitations, I am very pleased with the install and once I get the toplink issues sorted out, I think I am going to be pleased!! I would post pictures, but they would look identical to Actionaj's...

Zunnie:

I do not know the capacity, sorry. The valve runs off of 1/4 steel lines, just like the lines to the loader...

Where is your cylinder leaking at? I had problems with extend side banjo fitting leaking. Tightend it up twice and took it apart once. It seems to me that the brass gaskets are to hard and doesn't crush down like they should. I got it to stop by tightening it down to the point of over tightening it. I am concerned that I might have stressed the fitting. But it has not leaked since. I haven't yet contacted CCM about it.

Actionaj - it is leaking from the side fitting - i tried to tighten it up, but I didn't want to overtighten it, especially since it is too short and I will have to send it back anyway. If the new one leaks - I will crank on it.

When your link is fully closed - what does it measure?

Thanks.

The link is 14.5" retracted and 20.5" extended center to center. So far it has worked well with all my impliments. Only the box blade binds a little when fully retracted with the three point fully raised, extend cyl. just a little and no interferance.

I received my replacement link from CCM. It leaked too. :( So I cranked on the bolts to the point of severely overtightening - All Better!!

I still had the binding issue at the tractor connection when attempting to raise the 3pt all the way up. I reversed the link and it would bind against my Quick Hitch. Also, when raised all the way up, my quick hitch would hit the hydraulic lines as they came out of the rear ports.

I ground the quick hitch to remove the interference. It now works. Also, I added 90 degree connectors at the port-side connection.

I think I am all set.:)

Crossfire190 what length cylinder did you end up getting? I have problems with the hoses hitting the back of my seat when fully raised. I just make sure that the cyl. is cocked to the right this seems to take care of the interference problem.
