Getting ready to change oil in Kubota Bx2360. It has been changed once by dealer for 50 hr service last summer. It has about 115 hrs now. All I use it for is mowing. I mow about 5 ac with it. I do the oil change on my TC30 and use New Holland oil. I want to use something easier to get for Kubota. Would Rotella T6 oil be a good choice. I plan on changing once a yr. I have searched and cant find what most are using in 2360.

I have used Rotella, Case, New Holland and Kubota oil in my BX's. I use any good quality engine oil in our tractors. Our first BX2200 was an 03 and is still going strong with no oil use or problems.

The Case IH (CNH) engine oil is one of the best spec engine oils I've ever seen and had a chance to work with. It is currently the same as your New Holland engine oil and I highly recommend it and it would work for both your tractors!!!

With the TC 30 I'd recommend using the Kubota Super UDT as it has worked fine for us when we tried it in the Case compacts and actually improved performance. We do use Hytran in our Cse compacts which is a bit thinner then the 134 NH oil and it does perform well in the Cse oils and for us in the north country it absorbs more moisture then any oil I've see yet.

Any name brand motor oil for diesels, from a dealer are going to be just fine, as the OEM has their name's reputation on them, although they do not actually refine them, they test and certify them.

The Rotella Synthetic 5w-40 is a very, very popular choice among the TBN guys here simply because Rotella has earned a solid reputation for decades as a superior and trustworthy diesel engine oil. That Rotella Synthetic can be found at WalMart for around $20 a gallon, or less? Convenient.

i own a bx2360 and put rotella t6 in it at 60 hr brake in (yeah, i know it should have been at 50 or there-abouts. bought it at wallyworld. and made my best guess after reading countless posts from the esteemed contributors here.
its a good product,
