I'm in the market for a BX2380 and got a quote of $16032 out the door financed. That's with loader w/ SSQA, 60" MMM, and filled R4 tires. Waiting to hear back from another dealer, and calling a third today. Does that seem like a reasonable price?

Seems in line with what you can resonably expect. Most dealers will sell 10%-15% off list. Do the math and see where you are.

I took delivery of one today with the qa la344 fel, qh05 quick hitch, bb1248 box blade, and five years of Kubota property insurance and it was $16647.13 out the door.
