Hardparts Design, LLC in Shelby, NC is beginning to market a line of accessories for the BX and B series Kubotas. These are specifically targeted to the owners of the smaller tractors and what we perceive are their needs. The bxpanded.com website Home Page isn't complete yet (Feel free to visit) but we do have some items ready for order. We've contacted Muhammad about advertising and plan to participate as a sponsor of TBN.

One of the items available now is the backhoe storage dolly shown in these videos. The "race footage" shows how quickly the BH can be removed and re-installed. The narrated version is intended to explain how it's done and to show how easy it really is even for the old guy.

Yes, we rehearsed this. In fact three of us had our own competition and had a blast. The times were remarkably close and surprisingly we only improved about 12 seconds with practice. Unfortunately, we deleted most of the bloopers. Trying to hurry makes you do dumb things, like running over your toe with 500+ pound backhoe.

Also available now are quick-on bucket hooks that require no welding, no drilling, and no tools to install, pallet forks with the same patent pending quick attachment system and a patent pending rear mount boom and wand sprayer that installs in 30 seconds with or without the three point hitch arms. Also available is the 12" x 7" seat back bag that you might pick out in the videos. It's a really handy, water resistant storage that stays out of your way even on the rotating seats.

If you have an interest in any of our products please email bxpanded@hotmail.com We'll send pics, descriptions and even videos. We look forward to many satisfied TBN customers.

I look forward to seeing your completed site. Your dolly has a very nice simple design and seems surprisingly stout.

Can't beat them dollies when you've got a good flat hard surface for them.
Your solution(s) look good. Let us know when the sites up.
Good luck

Seems to be a nice product. I remove my backhoe a lot and this would make it much easier.

If I had seen that video this time last year there would be a BX24 in my garage and not a BX2350. I passed on the BH because I'm out of room. I could put a few more things on roll aways and stuff a little more in there. I have spreader and front plow on TSC dollies now. A BH sure would come in handy every once in a while.

I emailed and received some info and pictures from Harry at BXpanded about their new products. I liked their idea of removable and adjustable bucket hooks as I have one of American Solutions grapples and my old hooks were in the way. They also have a neat idea of a seat bag to hold things while on the tractor. Looks very nice and just what I need. Anyone interested may want to email Harry for this info.

I got an e-mail back from Harry too. They have a lot of really nice things for sale. I really like their no drill, no weld removable bucket hooks. A little spendy but the quality is there so I'll probably go ahead and get some.

Ok, at the risk of sounding like a rookie, I admit I have never taken off the backhoe off my BX24. I just keep thinking that once I get it off, I will have difficulty getting it back on, though to date I have really not had much of a reason to take it off. However, now I am thinking of utilizing my 3-point hitch and need to take the bh off. To those of you who have taken the bh on and off, is it really time consuming and cumbersome? Will this dolly really make a big difference? I assume that these folks designed this dolly for a reason, so I assume it isn't a solution without a problem, is it? Thanks, in advance.

Getting the BH on and off is not difficult and doesn't take long once you have done it once or twice. The dolly is a MUST if you need to maneuver the BH into a storage location that you cannot directly dismount it to. If you're going to leave it where it is when you take it off, the dolly isn't really necessary though it will make the dismount / remount slightly faster because it appears to eliminate a tractor move. I also like the dolly because it is kinder to the floor.
