Mowing BX24 mower deck acting up

I've had my BX for almost two years(180 hrs) and have about 20 hours on the deck.

I've had the bolts that hold the spindle in place pop out twice. I check them before every use now. The belt has slipped off a couple of times. I ran the deck with the plastic cover plates off and noticed alot of play/vibration on the deck and spindle.

Anyone else have a similar problem?

We have had a couple of spindles that had issues with being tight from the factory and with tightening properly have not had any issues withe them staying tight.

It has not been but a few machines and when one is loose the other one also needed attention.

I can't say I have noticed an issue with mine. I used the mower whole lot more then 20 hours for sure, probably closer to 100. I had the deck up in air nearly every month to sharpen the blades and so far no bolts loose.

Not sure which bolts you're talking about, but I have had no bolts come loose on mine. There are certain rpms (2700-2800rpm range are worse) I can feel a lot of vibration, but it smooths out before you reach recommended mowing rpm, which I think is normal.
