BX24 storage shed clearance

I'm building a 12x16 with
1*8' walls
giving me a floor space length of a little over 14'5" and there isn't enough room for a backhoe (I don't own one so I'm not worried about it). Here is a pic with my 7610 inside the frame maybe this will help with scale. I would think you would want to go at least 18'.

1*I just built in a 12 x 22 stall 9.5 high for my BX23. The door is 9 wide x 8 high . So I don't fool with folding the rops.
You can't do this with walls that are only 8 foot high.

I plan on doing another stall later that will be 16W x 22L with about a 9' ceiling and moving the BX23 over to that stall when it's done.

That is one AWESOME framework job You plan on using that frame to hoist the tractor too????

You can gain at least a foot if not two, in lengthwise clearance if you angle the BH fully to one side. Up until now I had always left the BH straight, with the center pin in to keep it from leaking down and hitting the door. I found that swinging it full to one side really helps shorten the overall length.

I'd prefer stretching the shed over attempting to shrink the tractor.

If shrinking the tractor don't work your stuck with a building that's too small.
Build it big enough in the beginning and you won't have to contend with tractor shrinking that may or may work.

*Good idea if trying to fit into an available space.
But I wouldn't recommend it as a means of determining the dimensions of building a new building or shed.
