My bx24 backhoe an front loader will not operate what could it be I hear a hi pitch sound

The squeal is most likely the PRV (pressure relief valve) opening. Undo, clean, and reconnect the hoses the feed the backhoe as they are probably uncoupled just enough to block the hydraulic flow. If you continue to operate like this, you can overheat your fluid and/or cause damage to your pump.

One other thing to check, make sure the 3PH lever is not in the full up position.
