Anyone try a left side brake pedal conversion yet? I am going to try it when winter is done. It would be fairly easy if not for BH sub-frame being in the way.
It looks like just the pedal shaft could be cut and new pedal added on same shaft as original.
I will leave the original pedal and just add new on left but not as tall, basically mirror of right side. I think the hardest part will be getting hole in floor correct. Any thoughts on doing this?

Thank you, I already have the mechanical drawings from Kubota. I am going to check price/availability of pedal assy. probably the easiest way to do it, but not as much fun

Has anyone tried to make a 2 pedal HST conversion in place of the toe and heel single pedal?

25D has the brake pedal on left side, much easier to use 2 feet than 1 when it comes to "power inching" as I like to call it. There are a few other things that have been improved too. Most of them can be done with aftermarket parts/add-ons to the 25.

Personally I like the single better. I've run forklifts both ways and a single toe-heel seems to agree with me better.
