All these engines are governed for 'high idle speed' which is the max rpm under no load and then 'governed max load speed' which is the speed at which the governor will go to wide open to maintain rpm. Max load speed is usually 2-300 rpm lower than max high idle speed. Unless you have a malfunctioning govenor or have messed with the high idle adjustment there is no worry about over speeding the engine. But as other have said use as much throttle as needed to do the job.
