BX25: What a Workhorse

I could be wrong but don't the BX and B tractors share the same basic eng. etc. ? I had and old L235 that was handed down to me from my dad that he bought new many years ago . That tractor was simply amazing , wish I had kept it ,i have no idea how many hrs. were on it as the hr. meter quit many years befrore i got it .I wonder if the B series tractors today are useing that same basic eng. . I wish Everything Attachments would have free shipping to Maine as I like the looks of all their implements also .

My little B1700 still amazes on a regular basis...with loaded rears, FEL and with most of my 3ph implements it weighs a little over a ton...the only issue I have is not enough weight...so it just takes a little more time and finesse...

Two main attachments I coveted were a back hoe and a trencher...not being able to find either one at a reasonable price I opted for a used Ditch Witch 3610 I found on craigs list...got it for less than either one of the two attachments would have cost and it was one of the best investments I have in eqipment...

worked the bejesus out of mine this weekend...lifted a 100' roll of 6' fence up in the air and dropped it over a clothesline pole for a spindle, then used the 3pt palette forks to move and level a castiron bathtub and a greenhouse, and used them to lift an old shed up in the air, one corner at a time, to replace the corner posts and put in two pier blocks on the side that was sitting on redwood blocks for 30+ years. VERY handy!

YIKES!!! That looks like the warning sticker on the tractor that shows the dude with a 55 gallon drum 8' in the air. Safety first :D

My BX23 is the best investment I ever made, that little thing still amazes me after 10 years. 1 Hydro line (my fault) and 1 battery are the only hard part replacements I've made.

I was VERY careful about that, raised it from the side of the tractor after locating it next to the pole. I had it roped pretty well, but yes, that very sticker was right in front of me.
now I just tie a rope to my tensioner pole and back all the way around my fenceline.

Not a lot of weight... level surface and not moving. No problem... well done!

They do have limitations and can lay down in under one second. Usually real careful with FEL up but this was caused by pushing down with FEL bucket, yes, stuff moved after it was down and still running.

That is a really clever idea!

I have been wanting to contact them about a box blade, google maps shows me as being 942 miles from them - within their 1000 mile free shipping policy. But their map doesn't include Maine.... I wonder if they'd make an exception given the mileage? Where abouts are you? Obviously can't be too much further north or you'd be out of the 1000 mile range.
