Oh, my. Another category of Ravers. Just having fun. Remember I own a B3300SU…...

Understood.

The BX TLBs are admired by just about everyone on TBN. Probably more criticism from picky Kubota guys than anyone else. I don't even care about the silly plastic bits or vulnerable HST filter. Easy to work around. But the flexibility and general uber competence of these mighty mites is something we can all admire and lust after.

I also have a rear box blade for my BX25 and it works great maintaining my 800 ft. Driveway, plus I am using it to widen a 1/4 mile bush path into a driveway. Don't underestimate the power and strength of the BX25 - it is much tougher than the other BX's and will surprise you. (See also the TBN reviews of the BX25.)

I'm thinking more in terms of the narrow width of a box blade on a BX -- could get tedious maintaining a 1/4 mile driveway.

Rave reviews from perhaps raving BX25D owners.
And former BX25 owners that have owned almost every size of BXs and Bs and one L3240 Grand HST. My opinions are based on my actual hands on experience fulfilling my needs as a non farmer. I just do hillside, gullied, treed, rocky acreage residential landscaping and flat rental acreage with 6 septic tanks and don't like mowing mentality so I don't mow until it's high enough to always see what has and what hasn't been mowed. I've never owned another brand tractor other than Kubota, haven't seen any reason to with the price and performance achieved with the my 17 Kubota's I've purchased. I've also never maintained any gravel roads but have no doubts as to the BX25s capabilities to do so with the right boxblade (and weight) or under the right circumstances/frequency a RatchetRake on the front bucket.:2cents:

I must admit. I will rave about my bx25. It has done everything I have asked from it. I built a ripper tooth for it at a cost of 35 dollars. Then proceeded to dig a maple stump out that was so big, my fel could not lift it. I also built a thumb for it that looks quite similar to bxpanded's. Cut and stacked basswood logs so big that I had to fill the fel with large rocks to keep the front tires on the ground. Have pics on phone, will try to get them posted.
