Went to factory, not far from my farm, to discuss options for bucket edge replacement a few months ago. Good customer interaction with them making a custom toothbar to weld in. They are busy and have good products and good customer service. Hope this gets resolved and you will be using your upgrade soon.

Well we're pushing three weeks and nothing yet... Is anyone here aware of any other tooth bar's for the front bucket that would be comparable to the Piranha? Maybe that could ship in a two week window? The brush is shooting up higher everyday, and I'm afraid by the time I get this one, I'm gonna have to disposer of exponentially more shrubbery... I wonder if I can cancel my order this far in? Oh well, it is what it is.

Mine took three weeks to ship, should be here Friday. No response from BXpanded to inquiry last week. Ordered 3/31, shipped 4/22.

Be patient. They have to make them custom to your bucket. They are a great tool at a good price and everyone has spring fever. Took less than a week back in January. Well worth the wait.

Yes, they make a good product; but their customer service seems to lagging right now. I would think that some e-mail or phone responses would take less time that manufacturing a product.....just saying..

P.S. On a previous tractor I had a WR Long "Flat Tooth Bar" that worked real well in rocky ground and for back dragging....could be an option.

I ordered a 'under armor" plate for my BX2680 and was told it would ship in 8 business days. On the 10th business day I called to check on the status and they told me it had just shipped. Very cordial people. order should arrive tomorrow

Spring must be the busy time. I order the tooth bar in the winter and it arrived in four days

My tooth bar arrived today, mostly. Placing a heavy steel object loose in a cardboard box and shipping it across the country - what could go wrong??? The box was beaten beyond it's structural limit, and the step drill bit left no evidence of ever having been in the box. Great looking, HEAVY duty piece of equipment, but a real disappointment on the packaging. They did wrap the nuts and bolts with stretch wrap after placing them in the mounts, so those got here intact.

I bought a big bucket+grapple joystick control from Surplus Center, and they shipped it in a heavy cardboard box - zip tied to a piece of OSB cut to fit the box. This should have been packed in a similar manner - even if they raise the price $20 to cover it. Instead, now I am soured on this deal before I even know if it fits.
