Been thinking about the fan hub tensioner... Any luck yet..?? Not to be thought of as an insult, but you are turning the stud head (13/16" I believe) right directly behind the pulley..., right..?? With all of the one's I have, I've never had a problem with getting one loose. And most, like your's had enough "lube" thrown up on it, to keep the threaded end from rusting to the nut.
Let's hope the PO didn't get corn-fused, and put JB on it, instead of Never-Seize too..!!
