Since I bought my DK 4210SE the windows have fogged up when I switch from AC to heat - almost every time, I just got used to driving with the doors open for 10 minutes till the moisture cleared up. I've had it back to the dealer 3 or 4 times for this, the solution from Kioti head office was to put a sock of Kitty Litter in the roof (I decided against this), last year was the worse I actually had water come out the overhead on the switches (and me) I've blown clear the AC drains with compressed air a few times to prove they are clear but yesterday I took the roof and the heater core/Evap housing apart for a visual, as I was doing this I noticed the drain hoses on both sides were about 12" too long so they were wrapped around, bent and kinked up on each side of the drains. They only opened up when I blew air up the hose and forced them open (then they kinked again so I poured 2 L of water into the drain pan to prove it was clear and it went nowhere. I pulled the hoses down so they were now straight and they drained freely for the first time maybe. The drain pan was full of standing water, when I blew air up the drains I could hear the "bubble" of air passing through water, I after the kinks were taken out about 2l of water emptied on the garage floor. Tried to get the cab to fog up after that and couldn't repeat this. Maybe this was all it was (a pool of water in the drain chamber) time will tell, but why would Kioti install so much hose that it kinks in the roof drain area?
