Called Barlows and ordered a new Kubota Z on the phone for pick up Monday

just now mid april, and all the grass cuttin' frenzy begins for equip. dealers (& banks) love it. love to step aside & watch it go round & round..... been there before, glad my own's in place & ready to go. btw my impact wrench was the 2nd best investment in the mowing adventure i've made. best

John, I went by Steve's to check on you. Worried about your mental state looking at a Z. Glad you recovered your senses in time. Why were you not over at Barlows giving demos of how well a F series does? The place was packed.
Checked my farm property, you are welcome to cut the lower field any time.

Barlows was packed like Wal Mart on the first of the month. Did you buy anything?

You have to do your own mowing, I've got more than enough to do myself and had to mow my yard at home yesterday a week after first mowing.

I hope we don't have another mowing year this year like last year. Looks high in a week and is high. I figure once every three weeks is plenty.
The Z is/was for SIL. He loves his BX1500. Has new battery, new mower bearings. Gear oil leaking out front center and taking back to Barlows tomorrow for them to repair which was part of the deal if it leaked since the front was low on gear oil. Steve is pretty good to stand by flawed at purchase products. Not sure if one showed up months later saying it was bad when they bought it and I myself wouldn't ask for repairs free under those situations. I like new with clear warranty coverage. :cool2:

Not buying though I will have my MF1652 paid off in 6 months. Have a fluid leak under the L45 I was asking about. May be a connection for the rear remotes.
The property (100 acres more or less in deed) has been the family for a long time. Maternal grandfather was born out there in 1895.
Timber was cut about 25+ years ago, may have more mature timber ready. I also need to bring a saw to clear downed trees from the old driveway, fallen from National Park land they took back in 1945.

See the pic of the hat? Nor do I. TBN goes thru the no pics period from time to time. Just tried again and no deal. Any way, tomorrow I go pick up the repaired BX1500 and the new Z122 42" Kawasaki engine recommended by Dragoneggs It will be my wife's to help me by just trimming around the trees and I can do pedal to the metal with the F.

Wife hasn't driven it yet but I mowed quite a bit of my yard with it. Hope she likes it because .......well, after using an F it's seriously lacking. If she doesn't like it I'll take it out to the rental property and have another tax deduction.
I've tried uploading pics several times and it just sits and never uploads them.
