SILs lawn mower is pouring oil out the bottom which will kill his grass and since he lives on a hillside with a road at the bottom of his yard he'll hit the oil and slide down the hill and get killed.
So, he has a new Kubota to pick up Monday and I'll have someone to start using my F2680e to mow my rental property. Will go by and sign papers on #17 tomorrow.
Z121 B&S 48". Got 48" instead of 42" to get wider tires.

I went to kubota website and priced one out. Ouch, came out to about $25,000 for a F3080 with 4 wheel drive and a mower deck. How much can a dealer discount?

What I ordered was a zero turn but already cancelled that order and changed it to a used BX1500 MMM
that was on the lot. Will pick up Monday.
New Kubotas are generally owned by Kubota and the dealer can sell them for what ever amount they want to take for their income. Barlows has deeply discounted the Fs for me and don't think he gives me better price than others under the same situation.

Only 16 new ones plus a used F2680e (I had traded them the F2680e a year before) back plus a 16' Dual Axle Gatormade trailer (Traded them a B7100 or B5200 or what ever it was that I had bought from some one else for the trailer).:D Long ways from 20.

Kinda surprised you went for that over an S series or the Kawasaki model.
Your right. I just couldn't bring myself to buy a Z and instead bought a used BX1500 with new battery, serviced, new mowing deck bearings and guarantee on front drive parts with of course the finest little diesel engine made. Engine just purrs and it looks almost new. My second/third Kubota was a BX1500/B7800....bought them both after trying a BX2200 FEL MMM for a year and kept them both for three years till paid off. Traded them both for my (biggest other than the GEAR DRIVE B2320) mistakes a, Grand L 3240 and a BX2350 MMM.:confused3:
Any way, the BX1500 MMM is now at my son in laws ready for him to begin his new life with a Kubota tractor. Raining when he got home and rain forcasted for the next 5 years or at least every day for the next week. He is now experiencing the special privilege of having his first tractor in the basement fully fueled and ready to go and RAINING!:shocked::thumbdown:

:shocked::thumbdown: is right. Why is the tractor in the basement and how do you get it down the stairs? Back up them would be even more interesting:laughing: ? Perhaps a Southern thing I'm not understanding?
