I do not have a loader but I do have the joystick for my snowblower. When I took delivery of my TZ24DA the hose you are talking was zip tied to the two steel pipes running to the back of the tractor, but it was up against the rear tire.
Before I caught it the rear tire had worn the rubber away on the hose but had not damaged the steel inner part. I cut all the zip ties and re-routed to avoid the rear tire. I just zipped tied it to the steel pipes all the way back to the rear of the tractor. I do not know why they did not make that hose a steel pipe.
