Definitely not Belarus. The 2-cylinder model (250) is air-cooled and is laid out as described by jesnic. They also have a full width flat floor above the transmission.
Sounds like a cracked block. Perhaps you could fit up a different engine.

It's ChiCom in nature. Start there. All sorts of ChiCom tractor help on the net. It's the latest Belarus/Zebra/Rhino fad to sweep the market.


Just look out for pot metal, bad fittings, indescribable gaskets, and, myriads of net hucksters looking to "help" you out, capiche.
