Can anyone tell me anything about the L3450 DT-GST?

I am looking for any info. on the Kubota L3450DT-GST Tractor. Is it a reliable unit? Does it have any quirks? If anyone knows anything thing about it, please respond . Thank you for your time and consideration.

My neighbor has one. It has been a flawless machine for him. We can't see each other's homes, but we can hear it when either Kubota starts up. A day doesn't go by when I don't hear his running. He has around 1700 hrs on his machine. Only fluid changes & grease jobs on it. It's a '92 I think.

I have a 3130 year older model than yours in GST and I haven't had a problem with it after 200 hours of hard work. Great machine.

The L3450 was made in the early 90s, I believe, and it had
either DT OR GST trannies. The Glide Shift Trans is much better than the
DT (Dual Traction gear trans).

I guess I replied in haste thinking it was this years model. You are right after further review. I guess it was made around 1993. Really can't comment on that particular model.

I had several of the older 50-series Ls. DT, not GST L2550, 30hp. Easiest
starting tractor I have ever had. Did not even need glow plugs down
to 50-deg. Predecessors of the "grand Ls", which arrived late 90s.

Thanks to everyone who replyed to my inquiry on the 3450
I ended up buying a 3450gst w/ LA650 loader. I also purchased the Quick attach adapter and a Rock bucket w/grapple., and a back blade for scraping and leveling. It is as you say a quick starter, sometimes without the glow plug. But I don't recomend not using it. A very manuverable tractor too. I can get it in and out a extremely tight places.
