Tires Can Foam Filled tires be removed?

I have a b2910 with foam filled 23x8.50-14 on the front that are smooth.
Can these be removed and the rim used with a regular tires or do I have to buy a new rim? Or can these be recaped..

The old tire has to be cut from the rim and it can be reused with or without foam.:thumbsup:

I take it you want traction, or are the cords worn thru? Any way take a hacksaw and cut thru the old tires and peel them off? The wheels should be okay...
