....What do you call the part that your UP arrow is pointing to? Is that the lift arm?
Yes, that is the lift arm. There is a hole that the arrow is pointing to. You disconnect the up and down linkage, and connect them further out on the arms. You lose the ability to lift more weight but you can lift it up higher.

For the other adjustments; Where the toplink (the adjustable screw) attaches on the back of the tractor, there is 3 holes, attached it to the bottom hole. On the implement side, you'll have to unscrew / lengthen the toplink to reach the top / upper hole on the implement. Now you can screw the toplink "in" to shorten it, which will lift the blade in the air more.

to use mostly for snow
I'll be interested if it works at all for that. Folks I know say no way.
I was thinking that maybe I could replace the left, non-adjustable lift arm
I don't see a reason why not.

However, I think you might benefit from using the upper hole in the upper portion of that county line read blade. That should lift it up plenty.
