Can you identify this tractor just by looking at the back

I'm not sure about that being a C, it looks like a lot of tire for a C.
All the letter series Farmall clear up to the M's had the same rear look,
the tire size would make me think of an H but I could't say for sure.

I thought so too, but Tractordata says the C came with 9-36’s on rear, the Super C with 10-36’s, H’s with a wide variety including 9-38’s and 10-38’s....

Those last pics clearly show the C's rectangular 'box' piece underneath the seat with serial number plate on it that distinguishes it from & H.

btw, H's serial number plate is next to the engine and on the left side of the tractor.

A friend who bought a Super C 25 yrs ago said it has an independent PTO that C lacks. He hated the thought of use any implement without it, esp brush-hog.

Do you have any idea of when the photo was taken ?
Are there other family / friends / neighbours, that might know more specific details about that tractor ?
The Tractordata.com site has been a great source of information for me for the past 10 yrs. (there may be Farmall groups on facebook also)
