Can't remove loader

I put the pin back in while I was using the loader. That's when the picture was taken. I referenced the loader operators guide when I tried to remove the loader. The other side comes apart fine. I am leaving the pin loose while I use the loader just to give it an chance to wiggle a bit. So far nothing.

OK, That makes sense, but a couple more questions (you probably already thought of).

Have you checked on the bottom of the mounting bracket to make sure there is no bolt coming up from the bottom? Just curious.

Also, some loader manufacturers used that left post for a hydraulic tank when you ran a seperate hydraulic system from the tractor. If your's is boxed up this way, could it have got water in it and then froze? I have seen ice swell square and rectangular tubing.

Just thoughts...

No hydraulic tank over there, no extra bolts or other mods holding it on. It was packed with dirt but I've fished most of that out with a piece of welding rod. I will have some loader work coming up this fall that may help wiggle it loose. Until then I'll just keep soaking it with thin oil.

I just do not buy the fact that it is rusted stuck. I am betting either a Bolt you are not seeing/feeling. Or some Joker has welded it on.
When I was 15 I had an old chebby pickup truck. Had a burnt valve.. I was trying to pull the head, I had All the bolts out.. I had a big long prybar stuck into the port and was a praying my 140 pound butt off trying to get her to pop loose. Dad walks in and says "Have you got all the bolts out?" I said yes.. He proceeded to show me about a handful of bolts deep down in the goo on top.. Once I got those out it popped right up..

No obvious welds on top. I'll check around the locking pin keyhole.

Did you ever get your loader off?

No, it's still stuck. I have been soaking it in motor oil and diesel, but I have not tried to remove it again. No reason to right now. I have only done a bit of loader work since then and it did not pop loose. I have a big (for me) loader job next month. Excavate 6" of top soil from a 40' by 60' area and then backfill 18" to prepare for a 26x36 garage build. If that doesn't wiggle it loose then at least I will have a place to work on it.
If I seem clueless because I can't get this off I really can't argue that until I figure out why. Been busy with other projects so the tractor only gets looked at when it's time to use it. I look forward to the Saturday when I can sit down and figure this out. I'll keep you posted.
