- (B2620, had BX22) Simplicity Legacy w/48" mmm
The BX doesn't have really enough flow for simultanious operation of multiple functions as smoothly as you might have experienced on larger machines. One learns to use separate functions efficiently along with combining those functions that do work pretty well together. You can still get a lot of work done with a BX backhoe, but you have to learn new techniques, and use that RPM. The BX is designed to run at PTO speed, and needs that RPM for some things. If that is a real concern, you might want to look at the Massey's especially since they have larger engines that function with the backhoe at lower RPM. The JD 2305 is somewhat better in that regard too though they all have their little quirks in other areas of course.
