nice building - nice doors - I'm in the camp that they don't seem to go togther - just thought i'd give my honest opinion since you posted the photos and asked. I like the second post photo much better than the first one...I think the second set of doors looks good. Enjoy you new building.

The photoshop version looks good. If you want to dress up the appearance of the building to make a total picture, do some landscaping on the sides with shrubbery and a little rock and garden. They will highlight and frame your doors. Too often people leave out the landscaping.

Sorry all, the picture of the building was taken the day we finished building and is not what it is now. Only picture I had of the front of the building to play with.

Gizmo,

Agree I lIke the second choice w/o the hinges and leave the center handles. The thing that makes this hard is the siding belt line you have.

Also have you considered two rows of windows top and second panel? This might mathc better to your belt line of the siding.

In any case I like the second choice with the straight line windows.

My wife was trying to push me into the carriage house doors....for our carriage house....until the bids came in. Then i went with standard roll-up for the side and sliding doors for the fronts. There was a $3,000 difference in price.

I don't really know this building turned into a home away from home but it did. Actually I do, the company that built it kept sending me blue prints and my wife and I kept changing them.:) The building originally was to have just standard 6x6 poles in front with no doors and not to mention no concrete floor which is going in in the spring. Oh well.

My wife does not ask for much and when she does I try to accommodate her. One door $ is not too bad, two is tolerable, three is....OH WHAT THE HE**. Wish I had your building.
