I didn’t research the transmission options for the tractors in the subject line before posting, I just meant to bring up the point that moving into a utility class machine usually means losing the HST option.

True enough, the tractors mentioned would be classed as utility tractors more often than not.

Take a look at a Massey Ferguson 4707 open station as well...very heavily built

How does it compare with the NH/CaseIH? 4-cylinder versus 3 on the engine as well. Local dealer support would be an issue too. I do like what I read on the massive MF 4707 thead and the Ekotune option is a nice one too.

Its a much heavier built machine than the Case or Kubota. With loader, it is a 10,000 # machine. The engine is a 3 cylinder and it is very powerful. The real beauty in it is that there is no DPF and no regeneration in the exhaust system. The Case also does not have DPF or Regen in the 2018 plus models. The Case is very difficult to service due to location of filters. Operationally, kubota, Case and Massey are all very good machines. Drive them all and pick the one that feels right to you.

Bigpuddie has and knows the 4707 and I think there's no doubting it's a wonderful machine but what are the chances of getting into the 4700 series (even open station) in the low 30s?

What is it you need 3000# FEL capacity for? Will you be lifting things off a trailer which you could then pull out from under the loader, or do you need to lift that much and drive around? My RX7320 has a stated lift capacity of just over 3000# at the pins. I'm sure I've never lifted anything that heavy to full height. I think the present combination of new, 3000#FEL, and low 30s is going to be very difficult to find. I fear you'll need to alter at least one of these 3 criteria.

Getting stuff off the trailer occasionally like pallets of concrete or feed. Sometimes I need to move a gun safe or patio smoker onto or off a trailer which is ~2K#.

The Massey looks really good but, there are zero dealers in my area since the one and only closed up. I don't want to end up like my friend with a Kioti that has to drive way too far for even on oil filter and end having my tractor down for an extended period if I have to truck it 100~200 miles away for service.

Dealer support is very important. Definitely get a tractor with a local dealer to support it.

I just priced a new 4707 open station with MFWD, creep gears and no loader. MSRP $44,706.00, cash sale price $34,426...

I'm just having a heck of a time getting by, it being made in china!

I assume you do not own an iPhone either. :) it becomes a question of trust of the quality control enforced by the brand.

No, I don't own an I phone, and IF my cheapo phone dies tomorrow, I'd throw it away...it didn't cost me $34,000 dollars!

Also, I don't have to depend on a cell for anything, I'm not a phone or tech person... I only have a silly phone because my wife said, "here, carry this". lol
