Why is it pushing all the oil out the vent tube

Gonna need a lot more info. What conditions does this happen? Assume correct fluid levels? Does the loader have all gears and power in each? Does it do it only when hot, pushing hard or all the time? When was it serviced last?
My first thoughts are - overfilled, overheated, or a clogged passage/filter.
My fathers was a D (I think) and if I recall correctly had an air over hydraulic brake system and trans disconnect. Air pressure was required to shift. We had troubles with the air brakes all of the time (not uncommon) which seemed to lead to the loss of gears. For many years we ran it with 2nd gear only until that finally gave out too. Rebuilt to the tune of $25k.
