Quick Hitches Cat I Quick Hitch

   / Cat I Quick Hitch #11
Thanks everyone for your input & explanations. I figured this has been beat to death but I couldn't really find an answer until after I posted, and I looked and read for a couple hours. I am going to get a hyd. top & lift cylinders. I read one post that a fella tried several quick hitches and settled on Pat's hitch. I am thinking that might be the best answer. Otherwise sounds like a lot of modifications, with my luck, to just about everything. Still need to attach PTO anyhow for tiller, phd and possible additional implements. I had a Harbor Freight quick attach couple yrs ago and took it back because the Top hook was to low and had no adjustment. Boy O' Boy - to fish or cut bait? Frosty

I've had both, QH and Pat's. Which is best totally depends on how often you hitch/unhitch your equipment.

With a QH and TnT it's extremely easy to hookup. Don't even have to worry about dropping on level ground. If not using a PTO attachment it can be done without leaving the seat.

With Pat's you will be required to get off the tractor EVERY time you hookup.

All that said, if you don't have the capability to modify your implements you probably should get Pat's. If that's the route you take, and you never use a QH, you'll be a satisfied customer!!! :)
