Does anyone know of a 3 pt quick attach hitch for a Cat 1 tractor (i.e. CK35) that will fit Cat 1 implements 7/8" pins? Everything I find for Cat 1 quick attach hitches require bushings for a Cat 1 implement to fit it. Somebody must make a Cat 1 for Cat 1 implements.

Never saw one. Specs call for Cat 3 hook size for a Cat 1 hitch.

It may be possible to find an old, off-spec one that has some smaller hooks. One of mine has Cat 2 lower hooks.

Or you could weld in a liner in the hook to fill some of the space.

There is a video on everything attachments site that shows them also.

Cat 1 QHs all have the large hook openings; reason is probably to provide more bearing surface to reduce wear on the 7/8" and 3/4" pins. Have your dealer look up the Land Pride parts for their QH and QH implements. They have the bushings to increase the Cat I pins to the QH hook sizes, plus the flex straps for those implements such as brush hogs that need to ride up over humps.

Bushings are a 'way of life' when using any 3ptQH. You may get away with one or two implements, if you're lucky, but the ease of picking up multiple implements from several different manufacturers, even with an agreed on 'standard configuration', are pretty much gone without them.

I've had to employ an extender to the top link on at least two of my Cat 1 implements.

In a perfect world... every implement would fit. That aint goin' ta happen.

Yes, SpeeCo makes one, it's call a Cat 1 E-hitch.

SpeeCo Products

That's a real descriptive website (*intense sarcasm*). Although the important fact that it's available in black is listed. If I ever get into selling a product(s) on-line I'm going to really go into detail to describe it for the potential customer.

Ignoring the sarcasm; I could never figure out the stepped bushings like SPEECO. The LP ones are the same OD for the entire length. I bought several of their longest ones then cut to fit the oddballs on spacing.

Thanks everyone for your input & explanations. I figured this has been beat to death but I couldn't really find an answer until after I posted, and I looked and read for a couple hours. I am going to get a hyd. top & lift cylinders. I read one post that a fella tried several quick hitches and settled on Pat's hitch. I am thinking that might be the best answer. Otherwise sounds like a lot of modifications, with my luck, to just about everything. Still need to attach PTO anyhow for tiller, phd and possible additional implements. I had a Harbor Freight quick attach couple yrs ago and took it back because the Top hook was to low and had no adjustment. Boy O' Boy - to fish or cut bait? Frosty
