That Prince valve will work but the size is almost prohibitive to be mounted on a toplink or side link. 6"x3"x1.75". The double piloted valve on the CCM toplinks is 40% of that size.
Tom,
Thanks for the link but I already ordered them from Mark yesterday. I already have 2 of the Prince DoublePOCV and those suckers are HUGE! I ended up using them on the massive 4" cylinders I used for my side links, but these are for the small diameter cylinders on my backhoe stabilizer legs. The smaller sized ones Mark has are much more appealing for my use. Mark's DPOCV are only about 1/3 or 1/4 the size.
This shows how big they are.
Mike,
LOL, it would seem that way huh? That guy has more gizmos on his tractor than I could ever dream of. Especially after that crazy hydraulic driven back blade he made. You know he is from Mars, don't you? Mine only has 5 rear hydraulics, 2 dedicated for the side links and 3 QD rear remotes. But I think I have more DPOCV's though. The 2 I'm getting from Mark at CCM will make 5.
Just remember that the side links most of the time require us to custom fabricate a side link cylinder specifically for your tractor. Because of our sales volume is high now, we do have some backlog for these custom side links. Please be patient with us we are catching up on these custom orders.
Thank you for your support,
Mark Carter
Well, I just got off the phone with Mark at CCM. And even though I didn't get all the information asked for in the "Installation Questions PDF" (Hint for those of you ordering in the future), he was able to walk me through measuring everything.... thanks Mark. Now I can't wait until my new hydraulic top link and side link arrives. Box blading will never be the same.
