That already know your name and address. They SEND you the packet, then you go online to fill out with a control number copied from the packet.
and then...there is the American Community Survey. This Survey is very intrusive and asks many personal and financial questions. I participated in 2010 and was hounded incessantly for the rest of the year with follow-up questions. I will refuse to participate this year and will pay a fine, if need be.
They ask your age and your birth date. I will give them my age. Not so sure I will give them my full name either. To much info given to who knows. I feel that the Census is a "Count" of the people. They don't need such personal information.
Why? Everybody's home and bored. Captive audience.
Who will they talk to if everyone is locked up in their houses?
Not taking a job. Don't want or need one, but I just filled out our 2020 census.
