I have had the YM1500D I bought from John at RCO for three years now here in Utah. It has worked equally well on 110 degree days harrowing pasture and -10 degree winters moving three foot deep snow. I have to admit that the front seals leaked when I first got the tractor, but I called john and he sent the new parts right away, was very helpful the next day when i called for instructions because I'm not a great mechanic, and even called the following week to make sure it went OK.
I have no idea where my tractor was from or was refurbished. It was shiny red when it got here (it isn't so shiny now though), but it starts every time and runs great. If I was in the market, I wouldn't hesitate to call John again....
