In a joystick valve for FEL (in this case Nimco), can you replace the non-adjustable relief valve with an adjustable one or a higher one?

I've not seen one before. Perhaps someone can post a picture?

Thanks!

You will have to contact Nimco to see if the PRV is replaceable with a adjustable one. You could use a external one-but you will need to disable the internal one.

Thanks, Kenny.

I emailed them last Thursday requesting a diagram and info on the relief valve, but haven't heard back.

I just sent them an additional email tonight, asking the same Q's and specifically about replacing or adjusting the PRV.

We'll see if they respond.

Anyone have a USA based rep I can call?

I can start to see why everyone is steering towards valves from other makers. Nimco info is very hard to come by and the company doesn't seem too anxious to respond to requests.... :(

Thanks!

Okay, okay, I get your point! ;) If I can't fix this one and do go with a replacement, it very likely won't be a Nimco.

Thanks for being blunt, sometimes I'm a bit slow...

FYI. I have a drawing for the Nimco controls, CV112 (ML112 loader) on a Mahindra 3510 and an interesting note:

"New cartridge MRV addedand Pos 1 New Drawing with Cavity for new MRV 040614 BL"

According to a reply from Nimco, my valve does not have a relief:

Attached is a drawing of the 10373-2S.
It is CV112 power beyond unit.
This is an older version of our valve configuration.
There is no relief valve in this unit. Reference # 5 is a solid plug that would accommodate a MRV.
There is an option for RV is this valve. The only option is fixed RV.
Currently the only RV we have available are.
10900-4K-140 set @ 140bar - 2030 psi
10900-4K-150 set @ 150bar - 2175 psi

I am guessing it means they added a relief valve with later versions, part number 040614

Hope this helps someone.
